Ingredients: Sweet Potatoes!
Preheat your oven to 375*F. Scrub your sweet potatoes and prick them with a fork. Bake for 45 minutes (or until very tender). Once cooked, split the potato in half and scoop out the flesh with a large spoon. Mash slightly with a fork, or other device, until it reaches your desired consistency.
Cool slightly before serving.
